Ways to Improve Elevator Score

1. Look at your results. Which subevents did you put negative numbers for? What can you do to make these subevents in your life more positive?

2. If you cannot make these subevents more positive, fill your life with other positive subevents. For example, if you are on a diet and your Food subevent is at a -3, try to get a +3 in another area, maybe under Achievement, by accomplishing all of your goals at work today.

3. Retake the Fleming Elevator at least once per day. What is more important than just getting one score is taking this test over and over to start seeing patterns in your life. Set the goal to take this test once daily for one week. Then, increase that goal in both frequency and duration.
